What size company is AOS™ built for?

Companies with 10–100 people who have found product-market fit and are now struggling to scale without the founder becoming the bottleneck. If you're pre-revenue or 500+ people with an established ops function, it may not be the right fit.

How long does an installation take?

The Accelerator runs 6–8 weeks. Full Installation is 3–4 months. Neither drags on indefinitely — the goal is complete handover. You'll know the timeline from day one.

What if we've already tried EOS or OKRs?

AOS™ is built to work alongside or after other frameworks. If EOS didn't stick, it's usually because the people and operational layers weren't installed at the same time as the direction layer. That's what AOS™ fixes.

Do we need the Toolkit before the Accelerator?

No. The Toolkit is included in both the Accelerator and Full Installation. You only buy it separately if you want to self-guide first.

What does "handover" actually mean?

Your team runs the system without Konstanze in the room. The SYNC cadence is live. Decisions are routing correctly. That's the test — not whether you liked the process.

Is there ongoing support after installation?

The Accelerator includes 30-day follow-up. Full Installation includes a 90-day post-handover check-in. After that, you have everything you need to run independently.
